September San Diego Weather is slightly wetter than the heart of the summer, which only means the chance of rain is higher than near zero. It's still dry, warm (but not hot), and sunny for the huge majority of the month. And now the attractions are easier to get around in with most of the kids back in school. So pack your bags and head to Legoland or the San Diego Zoo, but don't forget the sun screen.
